Free Shipping & Fees:

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $69+.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: $8.99 for orders below $69.

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed from 9AM- 5PM GMT+8 will be processed in the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5PM GMT+8 will be processed the next day
  • Total Processing time : 0 to 2 days

Standard Delivery Times: (Includes Processing time)

  • US/Canada/Europe/Asia/Australia: 7-18 Business Days.
  • We do not ship to South America & Africa
  • Presale Items: Additional 8-10 days for shipping.

Peak Seasons & Sales:

  • Delivery may take longer during peak seasons and promotional sales.
