The top is a fitted, semi‑sheer long‑sleeve with fine vertical ribs, a straight neckline, and a matching wide scarf that can be wrapped off‑shoulder or draped around the neck for different styling moods. The coordinating skirt sits high on the waist and skims over the hips before cascading into an asymmetrical, flounced hem that swirls around the legs, creating fluid movement and elongating the figure. A contrasting, low‑slung belt detail at the hip adds a layered, Y2K touch when styled as shown.
